You know I respect people of the Cloth and when Rev. Karnie Smith entered the House of the Anointed (4.0 Fitness) we happen to be playing that Young Dolph. I looked at my Bluetooth speaker and I damn near broke my fingers trying to turn it down.

Rev turn, cracked a smile and said, “brother you don’t have to do that, this is your business”. I replied, “with all do respect Rev Joanne Oliver would kill me if she knew I was playing that type of music in the presence of a person such as yourself.

God brought Rev. Smith to 4.0 Fitness for a reason, can I get an Amen? He was in town on some business and he wanted a place to workout. Buena Vista in known as a high crime area and he could’ve used his Planet Fitness card at one of the local gyms but the Lord brought him the 4 for a reason.

Rev. Karnie Smith is out Birmingham AL. and he’s a leading force behind the Frederick Douglass STEM Academy which is about to revolutionize education in North Alabama.

Rev. Smith’s faith has certainly been tested as of late. Sadly he’s lost both of his parents to Covid 19. After surviving a heart attack and prostate cancer himself, Rev. Smith faith is stronger than ever and he’s ready to get back in the gym.
